  64.    Your character can carry up to 6 items.  You use an item (attack
  65.    with a weapon, wear armor, or use an item) simply by typing its
  66.    number (if you're using the NUMLOCK feature, you must hold the
  67.    Shift-key and then hit the number).

  70.    You drop an item by using the 'D' command; or take an item by
  71.    trying to use an 'empty' item, or by using the 'G' command.

  73.    The first weapon in the list is your 'readied' weapon; if
  74.    you try to use another, you will instead make that other weapon
  75.    the readied one.

  77.    Your character can be protected by 1 suit of armor, and by 1 shield.
  78.    If you have two suits of armor, the lowest-numbered one is the one
  79.    used.
